Egg donation is indicated in cases of reduced egg reserve or in cases where ovarian stimulation and treatment with the patient’s own eggs is predicted to have a poor outcome.

In male patients diagnosed with azoospermia sperm donation is advised.

If creation of embryos with the couple’s genetic material is not possible or desired and in cases of single women, embryo donation could be a treatment option.
